FREE SHIPPING OVERVIEW
At Cabinetra, we offer free freight shipping for orders over $3,500 within the contiguous U.S., except for select states (CA, OR, WA, NV, ID, AZ, UT, MT). Customers may choose to upgrade shipping methods at an additional cost.
Free shipping applies only to one-time shipments. Additional shipments due to partial orders, claims, or damages may incur extra costs.
Free shipping does not apply to pre-assembled cabinets
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation when you place an order and another email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping prices are calculated via FedEx based on weight. If your order is under $3,500 and contains an oversized box (96” tall), we will contact you for oversized shipping price confirmation. However, if you qualify for free shipping, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs, even for oversized items.
PROCESSING TIMES
- We operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Warehouse operations (order preparation, shipping, assembly, and handling for pickup) take place only on weekdays, between 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Orders start processing within half a day – 1 business day (average: half day).
- Ready-to-Assemble orders take 3 – 6 business days to prepare for shipment (average: 4 business days).
- Pre-assembled orders take 4 – 9 business days to prepare for shipment (average: 5 business days).
- Orders with modifications take 7 – 13 business days to prepare for shipment (average: 8 business days).
- Once your order is ready, we request pickup from freight or parcel carriers, which occurs within 1 business day.
- After shipment, transit time is 2 – 7 business days (average: 4 business days).• Free Shipping Eligibility: Orders over $3,500 qualify for free freight shipping within the contiguous U.S., except for select states (CA, OR, WA, NV, ID, AZ, UT, MT).
- Limitations: Free shipping applies only to one-time shipments; additional shipments may incur extra costs.
- Pre-Assembled Orders: Customers must pay extra for shipping pre-assembled cabinets, and only damaged parts (not assembly fees) are covered under claims.
- Long Items via FedEx/UPS: Items longer than 96” are trimmed to 90” unless shipped via freight.
- Non-Eligible Locations: Free shipping does not extend to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Freight Damage Policy: Customers must inspect shipments before signing; claims must be made immediately if damage is found.
